Strategic Planning and Business Development

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead/ Assist expansion of our travel marketplace and drive customer growth 
  • Build a target pipeline of potential direct partnerships (e.g. travel agencies, local tour companies, hotels, etc.) that can help drive and grow the travel marketplace to its target audience of travel lovers 
  • Manage the lead-to-close process for prospective partners and build creative deal structures that maximizes partner signups 
  • Run our partnership program to enrich the marketplace content 
  • Maintain ongoing communications with partners to keep them engaged and keep HyperAir on their list of top partners 
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to coordinate marketing assets to launch new partners and maintain growth on existing partners


  • Interested in business development and strategic planning
  • Good framing technique and able to communicate effectively
  • Strong Attention to Details
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Read and Write in English and Chinese


  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year+ of experience
