Customer Value Management

Principal Responsibilities

  • Generate new ideas and formulate business strategies
  • Plan and execute proposition-led promotion / marketing campaigns to enhance awareness, acquire and engage customers
  • Develop marketing collaterals and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programmes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Product, IT and vendors to deliver key pillars to travel marketplace proposition
  • Develop and drive differentiated customer proposition of designated customer segment(s) by defining the types of services, delivery channels, product & pricing
  • Monitor the segment portfolio and identify appropriate portfolio action to specific segments to enhance the product penetration and profitability for designated segment(s)
  • Adopt customer journey design in the development of customer solutions offerings aligned to customer needs
  • Keep abreast of market trend and identify business opportunities
  • Liaise with related vendor to ensure the proposition is properly delivered to customer

Requirements

  • Interested in customer proposition and segment management
  • Good framing technique and able to communicate effectively
  • Strong Attention to Details
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English. Read and Write in English and Chinese

Education

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year+ of experience
